Our classes are for over 50's, they are low impact, friendly and fun.
Health
We suggest checking with your GP before starting ANY new exercise regime, but we do know extra movement & gentle exercise is generally good for health!
Payment
Classes are Pay As You Go, so you only ever pay for one class at a time. Just £8 per session.
Friendship
Meet like minded people in class. Come early for a chat with them, and giggle your way through class with new friends.

Two years ago I realised that we had lots of enquiries for fitness that we just didn't seem to have the right class for. Fitness but not too much, and definitely didn't want to wear leggings! Dancing but not too hard, and not to learn long routines and have to worry about technique.
These people wanted a class that was very light exercise, but dance based, with some really good music. So Stroll Fit for over 50's was born, and some of my ladies have been with me for two years - and still loving it!
All of our classes are at Drapers Dance Centre, High Street, Beighton, Sheffield S20 1ED.
Just be cool and casual. Nobody changes for class, so normal outdoor clothes and normal comfy shoes.
No, not at all. Lots of our members come every week as they love it but life can get in the way, so just come to the ones you can make.
Yes! Leave that to us, and we'll break down the steps into small manageable chunks. And if it you get it wrong we have a rule : 'If you are moving and smiling, then that's good enough for us!'
